We launched EpicWorks after helping to design, advocate for, and execute on the largest investment in the nation’s infrastructure and transportation system in a generation.

We played key leadership roles in crafting the policies and programs governing how hundreds of billions of dollars are being spent – impacting all 50 states, DC, PR, and tribal nations, with more than 40,000 projects underway in 4,500 cities and towns across the country.

We know our communities want to build good things well, to advance climate solutions, and to develop epic projects. But we also know the landscape of policies and programs can be challenging to navigate. This scale of investment requires a different approach to collaborating with other stakeholders across the ecosystem.

That’s why we’re working to support our clients through two primary pillars:

  • Strategic counsel on grant opportunities, the regulatory agenda, and understanding the new machinery of the federal government

  • Leveraging our network to open the right doors to future partnerships

We drove executive decisions impacting more than $670B across more than 100 programs in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act

  • The greatest investment in roads and bridges since the Eisenhower system

  • The greatest investment in rail since the inception of Amtrak

  • The most money ever for transit

  • The most money ever for electric vehicles

  • The first climate title

  • The first time we’ve dedicated money to reconnect communities ripped apart by highways

  • The largest investment in roadway safety in history and the first time we’ve ever set a goal of ending deaths and serious injuries

Our Work

We shaped new guidance and funding opportunities that will impact existing and emerging technologies – and determine how we move people and goods for decades to come

  • Standards for EV charging infrastructure including NEVI and CFI

  • Guardrails and incentives for advanced air mobility and unmanned aerial systems

  • Automation of passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles that will have a direct impact on roadway safety

  • Connected vehicle and infrastructure pilot programs and demonstration efforts

Our work has supported unprecedented investments

  • 5,000 new clean, American-made buses

  • 190 updated or upgraded airport terminals

  • Repairs on 130,000 miles of roadways and 8,000 bridges

  • Our work has help catalyze $600B of private sector investment in manufacturing and clean energy

We designed the first-ever comprehensive blueprint to decarbonize the transportation sector, working across four federal agencies to align on strategy and resources.

We did all of these things while ensuring equity and economic opportunity for all.
